By using Rants, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. This Service is not intended for, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

- Share sexually explicit or suggestive content

6. Subscriptions (Rants Pro)
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Pro features (extended recording, unlimited topics) are tied to your anonymous ID. If you lose your ID, contact support with your Stripe receipt for assistance.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant Rants a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for user-generated content or any emotional reactions to it.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rants and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
